Andrea is a founding member of Orion Recruiting and leads the Chicago Division for Orion Recruiting and has successfully completed over 500 searches worldwide throughout her 10 year career. Andrea began her executive search career in 1996. Before joining Orion Recruiting she has performed as an executive recruiter, recruitment and resume consultant and held various leadership positions within Fortune 500 companies.
Andrea earned her BA from University of Dayton and graduated with honors. She has authored several recruiting articles in various publications.
