A position is listed with Orion and given the opportunity to find qualified applicants for a selected position. A fee is only paid to Orion upon hire of an Orion placement for selected position(s). All contenders presented in this service will go through Orion's rigorous Triple Platinum Assessment Program. This program is intended for clients who by now have a set salary range, job description, and required qualifications.

Retained based services:

This plan is recommended for clients that have multiple or executive level vacancies that need to be filled and do not have a recruiting team on staff. For this search, a minimal retainer is given to Orion at the onset of a search. For a retained based fee, a client engages Orion in an exclusive arrangement to recruit for specific opening(s) and utilizes any combination of consulting services. These include:
